Now learning how to make an explosive shot without giving in to the release is comfortable and manageable. The Shot Trainer is completely adjustable and can therefore be adapted to most archers. The elbow of the drawing arm to which the shot trainer is attached is protected by a sleeve in patented Olefin by Swiftwick fabric. The string is connected to the shot trainer with a resistant parachute cord that ensures the hold without damaging the serving.
