The Levenhuk Discovery Spark 707 AZ has an achromatic refractor configuration, which means that the image is formed without color aberration. The external surfaces of the glass lenses have been treated with an anti-reflective coating: it helps the system collect a greater amount of light, thus ensuring a high-quality image throughout the entire field of view. The alt-azimuth mount is easy to operate and the vertical axis movement features a lock knob for more precise adjustment. The rack and pinion focuser is used to adjust the focus. Thanks to the standard diameter of 1.25", the telescope is compatible with numerous optical accessories.
