Warne's Maxima Maxima rings are a solid steel, vertically split ring that handles even the most punishing recoil or large, heavy scopes. Since each firearm manufacturer has its own proprietary mounting rail design, each ring design must be machined to exacting tolerances for proper fit and function. Because of this, Warne Ruger rings can fit directly onto the receiver dovetail without the need for a mounting base. Ruger Quick Detachs are available to fit the Ruger #1 receiver design (which includes the Blackhawk and Mini 14 models). Ruger fixed rings use 4 T-15 Torx style socket head screws for secure and permanent mounting of the optic.
