Originally designed for the US Army Improvement Program's SOPMOD rifle, KAC M4 Folding Front Sight is a low profile sighting backup solution that is designed to be attached to a rifle's handguard top rail. When stowed in the folded position, the base M4's sight extends back to the front sight leaf envelope on the left and right side, helping to protect it from damage.
