Better Ergonomics & Handling for Your Kalashnikov Short-Barreled Rifle or Pistol The Zhukov-U Hand Guard is a shortened version of Magpul's original Zhukov hand guard for use on short-barreled AK rifles and pistols. Like the original, the Zhukhov-U Hand Guard replaces the small, skinny wood factory guard to give you a large, comfortable gripping surface thats compatible with modern shooting techniques. An internal Aluminium chassis clamps directly to the barrel for a solid flex-free installation and excellent barrel heat dispersion, while the comfortable injection molded exterior gives superior ergonomics. The Zhukov-U Hand Guard is compatible with the Ultimak gas tube rail for optics.
