Water-based anti-bark system for medium/large sized boxes and kennels washdog is the first water spray anti-bark device designed by cinotecnica to quickly and effectively solve problems related to the barking of dogs housed in even very large boxes or kennels. washdog is suitable for dogs of any size and temperament. how it works: a radio microphone, positioned inside the box, picks up your dog's barking and sends a signal to the control unit. this opens the solenoid valve which sends a jet of water to the dog via the sector sprayer. this short but annoying spray will immediately silence the animal. how sector sprayers work: sector sprayers rotate around an axis from left to right, according to the preset working angle (0° to 360°). in this way it is possible to cover the entire surface of the kennel or box, leaving no blind spots or escape routes for the dog. generally, a few interventions are needed (2 or 3 sprays) for the dog to learn to associate its barking with the spray of water and to stop the annoying behavior. main features when the dog barks, the radio microphone, through the control unit, activates a solenoid valve which controls one or more sector sprayers. the radio microphone has a working range of 6/8 metres, so a single microphone can control multiple boxes in series. the control unit is able to control up to two radio microphones (4 on request). for example: for 6/8 side-by-side boxes, measuring 3x4m, 2 radio microphones controlling 2 solenoid valves are sufficient. one or more sector sprayers can be connected to each solenoid valve, as needed. to cover the entire surface, simply place one sprayer on the first box, two in the center and 1 on the last box. the sensitivity of the radio microphone can be adjusted so that the device activates at the desired barking threshold. the opening times of the solenoid valve, and therefore of the jet delivery, are also adjustable from 1 to 10 seconds. power supplythe receiving control unit is powered by a 24v transformer connected to the electricity mains. the radio microphone is powered by 6 1.5v batteries. the solenoid valve, connected to the water supply, is opened and closed by an impulse sent by the control unit. washdog is made up of: 1 24v control unit
