This 12.5x magnification eyepiece is used in conjunction with 4x, 10x, 20x, 40x, 60x and 100x objectives. The eyepiece must be housed in an optical tube with a diameter of 30 mm. This model is equipped with a diopter adjustment ring to compensate for any visual defects of the user. This means that the eyepiece can also be used with a microscope without a diopter adjustment on the optical tube. If, however, the microscope is also equipped with this adjustment mechanism, the focus can be adjusted by acting on the eyepiece or on the microscope. The 10 mm eye relief makes it more comfortable to observe while wearing glasses.
