The Levenhuk MED 400M monocular microscope is designed for laboratory research on biological samples. The Levenhuk MED 400M monocular microscope is designed for laboratory research on biological samples. It produces sharp, well-contrasted images and allows you to observe samples at variable magnification between 40x and 400x. This microscope is also suitable for use in medical, educational and research institutes. The microscope is equipped with an integrated LED light and powered by batteries or via an AC mains.

The optical scheme includes a wide-field eyepiece and achromatic objectives with various magnifications. The overall magnification of this optical system allows it to be used with medium-large structures. For greater convenience, the monocular head is inclined at 45° and rotates 360°. These features make the microscope optimal for both individual and group work.

The stage is equipped with two clips; immediately below, there is an Abbe condenser with iris diaphragm. Optical filters can be installed using a special holder (the kit includes three filters: blue, green and yellow). Focusing is operated via a classic coaxial mechanism. Coarse and fine focus adjustment are available.

The illumination system consists of an LED light with collector. It is located in the lower portion of the microscope. The system is equipped with brightness adjustment. Thanks to battery power, the Levenhuk 400M is a portable device that can be used even where there is no mains electricity.

The body is made of metal, which makes the microscope resistant and guarantees long useful life.
