Levenhuk MED 10M Monocular Microscope - LEVENHUK

The Levenhuk MED 10M monocular microscope is designed to conduct laboratory research on specimens at a magnification of up to 1000x. This professional optical instrument features achromatic optics and fine focus adjustment for any brightfield observation. The Levenhuk MED 10M microscope is an excellent choice for equipping a medical center, scientific research center, clinical and diagnostic laboratory or microbiology department of a university.

The microscope has a monocular head with a practical tilt angle of 45°, providing comfortable extended observations. The 360° rotatable head allows this microscope to be used for group research. The optical scheme uses achromatic elements with antifungal coating. Objective lenses and an eyepiece have a layer of this protective coating. The rotating objective holder contains four objective lenses, two of them are spring-loaded. A 100x objective lens can be used for observations using an immersion method (a bottle of immersion oil is included in the kit). An eyepiece provides a good view and features a diopter adjustment.

Coarse and fine focus are used for sharpness adjustment. A mechanical stage is equipped with a mechanical scale and can be moved along two axes. Below, there is an Abbe condenser with iris diaphragm and filter holder. Illumination is provided by an intense 5W LED light. It is located at the bottom of the microscope. The lighting is powered via an AC adapter or batteries. The lighting system also includes brightness adjustment.

The Levenhuk MED 10M monocular microscope is not compatible with Levenhuk digital cameras, since the diameter of the optical tube (21 mm) is not standard.
