The Levenhuk 7S NG microscope is specially designed for school children interested in science. An optical instrument, reliable and easy to use, which allows you to explore the micro world with 800x magnification. This magnification is sufficient to perform fun biological experiments, observe single-celled organisms and to study prepared microscope slides.
The microscope contains a classic illumination system consisting of an Abbe condenser, an iris diaphragm and filters colourful. The illuminator is a mirror placed under the storage table. The design of this optical instrument does not require AC power making it safer, especially for children.
The optical scheme of Levenhuk 7S NG consists of a three-objective rotating nosepiece, installed objectives with different magnification level and two eyepieces, the latter are installed on the optical tube to adjust the magnification level and the field of view of the microscope. The slides are placed on the stage. It is equipped with a mechanical graduated scale that allows you to move the slides along two axes, the X axis (left-right) and the Y axis (forward-backward). The coarse and fine focus knobs are used for sharpness adjustment.
