The sliced knives of the Stakni line have a “full tang”, a blade/HANDLE extension system (via rivets) that allows the scales to be fixed in various materials.

The knives assembled in this way are more robust and the blades have a more secure anchoring to the HANDLE.

The reduced weight makes the Stakni 4 series (with American-inspired shaped blades) particularly easy to handle both in the kitchen and at the table.
