Sharpening stone with Hardcoat™ coating and Diafold® monocrystalline diamond surface.

The exclusive coating makes the stone highly resistant to use with any knife or blade of any material.

A stone designed for sharpening ceramic knives or other zirconium oxide blades.

Thanks to its double-sided surface you will always have 2 different stones with you:

Coarse grain - 325
Fine Grit - 600
This will allow you to be able to sharpen a blade of any condition, whether it is damaged (basic sharpening with coarse-grained stone) or whether it is a matter of keeping the cutting edge alive (fine-grained edge hold).

Dimensions of the stone : 101 x 25 mm

Total length: 240mm

All Diafold® DMT sharpening stones are coated with monocrystalline diamond and can be used without oil but only with water or dry.
