To remember, in our own way, the 50th anniversary of the death of our great-grandfather Giuseppe Maserin known as “Belu” (1885 – 1972), Alpine soldier of the 4th Cadore Battalion and Knight. of Vittorio Veneto, we wanted to create a dagger in the style of the “Arditi” inspired by those artisanal daggers that were made from the former bayonets of the Carcano 91. Specifically, we were inspired by the shapes of the bayonet that was made at the CO.RI.CA.MA “factory” in Maniago and recognizable by the CM marking on the blade.

We called it BeluM by combining “Belu”, our great-grandfather's nickname, with the M of our logo-surname, thus also obtaining a reference to the Latin term “bellum”.
It is a project with clear historical inspiration, but created with modern machinery, technologies and materials.
The wooden box, marked with a stencil technique, deliberately recalls the features of the crates in which war material was stored.

The BeluM is dedicated to our great-grandfather Giuseppe and to all the heroes who sacrificed their lives for their country in any way.
