The MAGUS CBF30 digital camera allows you to take photographs and short videos through a microscope, edit the resulting files, organize presentations and perform linear and angular measurements of objects (after correct calibration).
The device is designed to work on microscopes using the brightfield method and 4x, 10x, 20x, and 40x objectives.
Graphical Features
The 6 .3 MP allows you to take photos and produce bright, detailed videos at a maximum resolution of 3072x2048 px. If necessary, the resolution can be reduced to 1536x1024 px. However, this will not affect the frame rate, which will remain at 59 fps, thus ensuring smooth frame transitions without stutter or lag.
Sensor
The Color back-illuminated SONY Exmor CMOS sensor allows you to use the camera even in low light conditions. The image will remain readable and bright. Using an adapter with 0.5x to 0.75x magnification will provide the clearest image possible, without distortion.
Additional Features
The MAGUS CBF30 camera uses a USB 3.0 interface, which means that data transfer occurs as quickly as possible without loss or delay.
The camera also has dedicated software which is used for photo and video shooting, editing videos, showing them on an external screen and organizing classroom demonstrations.
Installation
The camera can be mounted in the trinocular tube of the microscope using a C-pitch adapter. Installation in an eyepiece tube is also possible and requires a C-pitch adapter and an adapter ring for the tube diameter.
