The Levenhuk Discovery Gator 10–30x50 between 10x and 30x, making it a great all-purpose tool. On the one hand, these are classic field binoculars for hunting and fishing, on the other hand, a powerful optical instrument for observing very distant objects in detail. Multifunctional and lightweight, the Levenhuk Discovery Gator 10–30x50 can instantly switch between wide-field and long-distance observation settings with just a gesture with your right hand: the zoom lever on the eyepiece the right is in fact used to vary the magnification.
The optical scheme of the binoculars is based on classic Porro prisms, made of BK-7 optical glass. Thanks to the fully coated anti-reflection treatment, the optics reproduce bright, high-contrast images, sharp even in low light conditions, such as at dusk or in bad weather. As in every classic model, the focus is adjusted by rotating the central wheel. The right eyepiece is equipped with an additional functionality, diopter correction. The interpupillary distance can also be adjusted. The eyecups made of rubber improve comfort during observations. The binoculars are tripod mountable. The rubber coating prevents the binoculars from slipping out of your hand and protects them from dust and moisture.
