The Levenhuk Halo 13X digital binocular night vision scope is the perfect assistant for observations in total darkness. It is suitable for observing urban and natural landscapes, as well as for studying unknown areas. It is essential to ensure safety during long excursions. It is practical and can also be used for daytime observations, just like normal binoculars. In this way, it will be possible to carry a single instrument when travelling.
Night detection range: up to 300 metres
The optics are made of glass with silicon dioxide anti-reflective coating. This allows the lenses to work more efficiently in complete darkness, transmitting sharper, more contrast-rich images. During the day, it will be possible to study any object at distances greater than three meters. At night, the view extends up to 300 metres. To improve visibility, turn on the infrared (IR) LED lighting, the brightness of which can be adjusted. Turn off the backlight completely to save battery. The highest brightness level offers optimal richness of detail. Please note that the tool can reproduce an image in color, black and white, neon green or with a negative effect. However, the color image is not available when night mode is activated.
Built-in video and photo recorder
This device not only allows you to make observations, but also record videos and take photos. The resolution for photos is 2048x1536 pixels. However, if necessary (to save space on the memory card), you can reduce the resolution to 640x480 pixels. Thanks to the capture rate of 30 frames per second, videos are very smooth. Normally 24 fps is sufficient, but the Levenhuk Halo 13x adopts a higher standard to make the video more pleasant to watch. It is very convenient to be able to immediately review images on the device screen. This binoculars supports memory cards up to 32GB. It is possible to transfer the image to a computer via USB cable.
Up to 10 hours of battery life without having to change batteries
The optical and electronic components They are housed in an ergonomic, water-resistant body with a non-slip surface. The binoculars are comfortable to hold. Once grasped, the control buttons are exactly aligned with the user's fingers. It is an easy to use tool and navigation within its menu is truly intuitive. The binocular night vision scope is powered by standard AA batteries or rechargeable AA Ni-MH batteries, which can be purchased at any store. We recommend always having an extra set available to ensure that the device does not turn off at the most inconvenient time. However, this eventuality is rather remote, given that a set of standard or rechargeable batteries guarantees continuous use for 4–10 hours. Battery life depends on the intensity of the backlight.
Please note: During operation, IR (infrared light) illumination may be detected by cameras and camcorders as well as other similar electronic devices.
