The most important feature of the Redding Model 2400 Match Precision Case Trimming Lathe is the new micrometer, which ensures and guarantees high precision and repeatability during case length adjustment operations. Changes and adjustments as small as 0.001” can be made very easily and with absolute precision. The new and innovative spindle lock button greatly simplifies the operations of inserting and removing the case, always ensuring perfect alignment between the pilot and the case. The design of the new spindle lock button, combined with the extension of the new cast frame of the Model 1400-XT, allow for increased capacity to accept the full length of the cases. This makes it possible to turn not only the longest calibres of the latest generation but also all the old calibres of the classic line.

The 2400 Case Trimming Lathe comes with the following accessories:

Universal clamp compatible with all standard shells on the market.
A replaceable TiN Coated universal cutter.
A set of 6 pilots compatible with the following calibers: .22, 6mm, .25, .270, 7mm and .30.
Two neck cleaning brushes: one for .22 caliber and one for .30 caliber.
Two primer housing cleaning tools: LARGE and SMALL.
