The Ermenrich Ping ET60 earth resistance tester is a device designed to measure earth resistance in a range of 0 to 4 kΩ. It features a built-in LCD screen, three test leads of various lengths and two grounding rods. The device runs on batteries, is equipped with an automatic shutdown function and warns of the need to replace the batteries if their charge is insufficient. It is recommended to carry out measurements and diagnostics of equipment with a high battery charge level; otherwise, the results may be unreliable.
The device stores the measurements in memory, records the maximum, minimum and average values, and takes the relevant measurements using a reference value. The Data Hold function is designed to “freeze” measurement results on the device screen in situations where you need to work with them later.
