The Levenhuk LabZZ TK60 telescope is a perfect gift for school children interested in astronomy. It is particularly suitable for observing the Moon and terrestrial objects. All necessary accessories are included in the package. No special skills are required to use this telescope. A carrying case is also included. It can contain the telescope and its entire set of accessories, which are therefore easy to transport and store.
The optical scheme of the telescope is that of a classic achromatic refractor. Thanks to the glass optics with anti-reflection coating, the telescope offers a clear and good quality image. The objective lens has a diameter of 60 mm, suitable for the main observation object - the Moon. It is still possible to observe objects further away, but their details will remain indistinguishable.
The optical tube is installed on an azimuthal fork mount. It is a basic mount, typical of beginner telescopes, but it is also equipped with a convenient micrometric screw on the vertical axis. It allows you to adjust the telescope, centering it on the desired object smoothly and precisely. The mount attaches to an aluminum tripod. Between the tripod legs, you can place an accessory tray. The height of the tripod is adjustable.
The kit includes a wide range of optical accessories, which therefore will not need to be purchased separately.
